dealing with being of a lower age then most.

i’m barely 21 years of age and work in an IT dept where everyone is 30+ yrs of age. i’ve been with the company for less then two months, i love it here, and its a great opportunity for me but i feel that some of the other people here are discouraged by my age. has anyone else been in this situation and if so what is your opinion on this?
