Had blue screen on shutdown error message indicated ‘Batmgr fault’. When rebooted, it appears that a glitch occurred in some of the software. Lost use of function keys and printer cannot find memory location to print to printer.
Comupter will not print to USB or parallel port. I cannot find my original recovery disk. Any idea where I may find one? Computer laptop: Sony VAIO PCG-F480, Windows 98SE,Memory 12gb,
