Decision support systems and agility charactersistics.

Hi All,
I read a lot about the agility trends in all IT discplines.

My question is:
1- What about DSS and agility, especially it has many human factors and enviroment variables that are affected by any change in the enviroment.
2- are there are low limits of agility needed in a DSS?
