I had to reload XP, and backed up some word docs that were encrypted without first unencrypting them. I then restored them after I reloaded XP. I have taken ownership of the files, replaced permissions, and evrything I can think of but still can’t access the files. Microsoft said that is due to the fact that were encrypted. How can I decrypt them?
