Default Email in Microsoft Office

In our office we regularly use the Send To: feature in Microsoft Word: File>Send To>Mail Recipient . Our default Email is America Online, and it has always worked fine. However, recently we did a clean install of Win 98 SE, Office 2000 and AOL version 7 on one of the office computers.
Now every time we try to use the File>Send To:.Mail Recipient, it says there is no default Email Program. America Online was installed and set as the default Email program in Network Properties>Programs Tab.
Anyideas how I can make MS Word see AOL 7 as the default Email program?
All other Workstations in the Office start AOL as soon as the Mail Reciepient choice is clicked on.
