Default msi installs

I would like to know where in the reg or any place else.That starts up a program when a new user logon for the first time.I’am have installed WP10 and it’s the first thing that starts up for a new user. This is unlike MSword that does not start until you click on it. I have a couple other programs that also start with a new user.
The thing is I did not create them. Help??
