I am in charge of a 98/2000/Novell network. The main problems lies in the 98 machines. The thing is, we have a color laser jet that we are trying to keep the unneccessary usage down. People have a person printer at thier desk and also are networked to laser jet. When they have the default set to the person printer and change to the color to print something, it is staying on the color laser jet as the default. Then, we they just hit the print icon, it is still going to the laser jet and notback to the person printer. Is there anything that I can do to stop this from happening?
