Default printers

I am running a mixed Microsoft Network: NT4 Servers with Win2000 Professionel workstations.
All the Network printers are installed with the correct drivers on every workstation, yet users don’t see any printer installed when they log on. How can I make the printers installed on a workstation available to every user who logs on the la workstation?
