Default User profile

How/when does the “Default User” profile show up with the rest of the profiles? My boss did a clean reinstall of Win2K rather than waiting for an answer to our earlier thread, and now that it looks like the Default User is what we hoped, it’s not showing up. He put in a few users and logged in, but apparently they’re only getting the All Users profile setup. Thanks!
