I was posed this question this morning and wanted to get input from all of you. By turning on the wireless radio on our new laptops, by default, what security issues will it present? We have encryption software we use on the users who actually connect to our network, but I want to know what issues there are if we leave the wireless radio on even though they don’t actually use the wireless part, and don’t connect to the network via wireless.
