I am trying to convince my coworkers that a “site” does not have to be a separate facility. Our facility consists of a casino and a hotel attached to the casino. Would anyone agree with me that the hotel is a different site than the casino side?
The reason I am asking is our backup system is being moved and I would think that having a separate room for our backup equipment in the hotel would be a separate site for compliance purposes. Also, a set of backup tapes could be kept offsite monthly. Any suggestions?
