Defrag gets stuck at 21% everytime.Hard drive is only 8 months old and babyied.running windows 98.scanDisc gets to 98% then stops for 5 seconds,then goes back to 80% then sits for 4 seconds then completes.Is there a problem there. and on the defrag is it software or hardware????
