the song by Weird Al; it's a great song, but with dated "technology" lyrics. He should update it to fit today's tech specs.

You can try uninstalling a major piece of software while defragging.

I only mention this as someone in the forums had a question about the result of this action, but I can't seem to find it at the moment...

Like, when I was younger, I took out my memory card while my game was loading; that wasn't a good idea.

Just kidding, I wouldn't do that.
What surprises me, I've seen people do this, they'll unplug their computer when the power is on. Now that's a rush.

Actually, I've had to do that before. But only on a system with no user programs open, or just a browser.

It can be devastating, but I've heard tales here at TR where that action was an official IT department solution to some problem.
