Delegateing controls

I am an admi9nistrattor and I want to know how to grant join to domain to my technical support team .

right click on the domain you want your users to delegate(in Active Directory Users and computer section)and start the delegation wizard and give the appropriate task you want

I need to know hot give the technical support team some features such as ( join to domain, add to local administrator group ) .
