Delegation of Event Log viewing rights?

In Win2K how do I delegate the ability for local users (non-administrators) to be able to see the Event Log Security Audit log in Event Viewer?
I’ve heard of TaskPads and MMC’s but I’m new to this stuff. Any 411/help would be great. Thanks. 🙂
