Delete a Partition in Windows 2000

By gmoe13 ·
I have a computer that's partition with a C and D drive. There's no more space on the C drive to run any large program files, but over 11 GB on the D drive.
Can I delete D drive Partition to up free space for the C drive? Will that work?
