I have windows xp and recently moved a file “Programs” to Drive E for it to copy on a cd to have as a back up. Drive E wrotte the files on to cd but now i cant erase it from Drive E its always tells me that i have files waiting to be written to a cd and that same file “Programs”. How do i get rid of it
