My office uses Outlook 2000 and Exchange server.
Right now, everyone has his/her own mailbox. Someone can also check another mailbox called “admin”
The problem is.. if I delete a message in admin’s inbox, the deleted msg will be moved to my own’s delete box. i.e, other will not be able to find that back.
what i want to do is to make sure whoever delete the msg from admin, it goes to admin’s delete folder. Can I do that?
I know I can set RuleWizard.. but that mean I have to go to everyone machine to do it.. can I do it on Exchange server ?
