Delete non-existant Domain Controller

We recently got three servers in a rack running Active Directory on Win2k Server, and they keep trying to talk with a server that is no longer part of their setup. I would like to maintain the existing setup without having to reinstall the whole thing.
Is there a way that I can remove this non-existant DC? DCpromo will not complete it’s removal.
