Delete obsolete DC !!

I have 5 sites each w/ a DC. At one site the DC went down(crashed) We replaced it since we could not recover it (IT IS GONE). In sites and services we still have it listed. I can’t delete it. I expand it, made sure nothing is linked to it and deleted as much as I can but I can not delete the DC.
Even though I have “cut” all links to it, several of our servers are still trying to replicate. I have to get rid of it.. HOW????
