Delete Outlook Express

Hi!

I have Windows XP and one of the technicians from AT&T installed Outlook Express and now all my Yahoo email goes to Outlook Express. How do I delete the Outlook Express application from my system without losing my Inbox Yahoo email? This is very important to me. The technician did not know how to delete this application.
