I have a user running Outlook 2000. Any time she deletes an item from her inbox it is does not show up in her deleted items folder. Any messages seem to be hard deleted. They also arent showing up in the “recover deleted items” folder. The confirm before deleteing option is also selected. This problem just recently started and there is older messages in the deleted items folder. Any ideas ?
