I have a user that retrieves her Pop mail using Outlook 2003. When she deletes an email from someone she has in her contact folder, the mail is completely deleted, when its from someone else, usually spam, when she deletes the messages goes to the deleted items folder. She has no rules to would cause this. all patches are up to date. Anyone have any suggestions?
