Deleted original mp3 pre-installed files

i reformated my mp3 player using fat32. which means I deleted the file that make the player work. I tried the manufacture and I don't really feel like sending it to germany. I have looked everywhere on line I cant find them. I have a Typhoon 1 gig video/mp3 player.sigma tel mscn usb device

also I have downloaded a "file recovery program" and it asks me for the "suffix" of the files I want to recover. any ideas. I just left it blank hoping it would recover all but no luck yet.

ntfs

just format your mp3 player with ntfs in my computer and you can still play mp3's.It works exactly the same.mp3's will not work on fat 32

remember all the pre-loaded files were lost due to the format in fat32. It needed to be done in "fat" ntfs is fime but remember I HAVE LOST ALL THE FILES. my question is ....... I need the files back. Any ideas?
