Deleting a Remote Prof/Remote prof folder access

I am trying to understand how to delete profiles within the folder where the remote profiles are stored. The error the system gives me is access deniged. I have taken ownership and still no change. I am logged in as Administrator.

As well I am having problems with a User who had been on a remote profile for about 3 days, with no problem. This morning she logs in, and it gives the error that it cannot download FILE from \\Server\folder to the Remote computer. It then logins into a Temp profile. Nothing has changed with this folder to cause this. Would anyone know the reason and a possible solution?
