Can you clear the clipboard contents without the use of additional Windows components (eg Clipboard Viewer), and hopefully without needing to restart the PC? This is in respect to Win95 with high network security. My only resources are minimal Windows install, with no access to RUN or DOS command lines – at least for the user.
