Deleting corrupt files

We run several NT servers connected to disk arrays. Recently one of them launched Check Disk at startup and several hours later displayed several files as corrupt.

My problem is that the system refuses to delete these files (these are labelled asunreadable).
Has anyone encountered this problem before, and if so what solution was applied?
