deleting dual boot

by gdd_7007 . Updated 17 years, 4 months ago

I had on my PC a Windows XP OS which was not recognised as genuine on partition C. I installed a official Windows XP OS on partition E. I noticed that boot.ini and ntldr are still on partition C (boot ini contains the two lines for the 2 OS). How to delete the dual boot and to assume that OS on partition E is the only valid and will work ? (no boot.ini neither ntldr on E !)
