I have a user running win2k and off2k.She tries to save a document or e-mail, and when she selects “save as” it hangs for 15-20seconds. I tried to delete her profile by signing on as administrator but the delete button is grayed out. I checked her groups and administrator is in the group. Is there a register setting?
