Quick question for someone…We ran the ADC connector and I migrated an Exchange 2000 Server onto an existing 5.5 Site (There is still a 5.5 Server on this site.) i’m looking at taking off the 5.5 server but when the ADC ran it created 5 disabled accounts using the NTDS No Match option.
I moved all the mailboxes over that I wanted to keep but the disabled mailboxes (releated to the NTDS No Match accounts) are still sitting on the 5.5 Server.
My question is…what should I do with these accounts? Should I: Delete the mailboxes from the 5.5 Server and also delete the disabled accounts in AD?
Or is there a better method of doing this…I don’t need the accounts and I don’t want to enable them. Just wondering the repercussions of removing these accounts if there are any.
