Deleting user profile

Dear Colleagues,
I am migrating to Win2k and I need to know how to remove the locally held use profile. In NT 4.0 I placed the delprof utility in the startup folder and set the switches so that it deleted any profile older than a week, so that whenever a member of the admin group logged on it just deleted the profiles automatically. Is there a similar utility in Win 2000 or another method of removing profiles from the local workstation or preventing it from saving. N/B: we are not implementingroaming profile.
