Deleting Win 2000 LAN Connections

By LonelyAdmin ·
I have a PC with 15 LAN connections installed under network connections. How do you delete them? If you right click on them the delete option is grayed out.

Have you tried removing first all the NICs, and reboot. I believe the network connection icons will be likewise deleted.

Once icons are deleted, you can reinstall the NICs and set ip up correctly.

Hi,

You need to have administrative rights to be able delete existing or unused network connections. Log off and login as an administrator or a user with administrative rights.

Hope this helps
