I want to know how a project manager can deliver a project successfully if he has got a team that lacks the required skill set and abilities? Let us assume that Project Manager does not have the option of replacing the team members for reasons beyond his control. What the project manager should do in order to get the best out of the team while keeping the higher management informed of the gravity of the situation and its impact on the completion of the project?
