I have a Dell 8250 that will not boot past the BIOS window. I keep getting a message that it does not recognize Primary drive 0. I have spoken to Dell tech support on two occasions and they have identified the problem as a bad controller on the mother board. I have replaced the motherboard and have gotten the same identical message when I rebooted. I have gone into the BIOS and set it to auto recognize the hard drive to no avail. Dell assured me it was not the hard drive.
Any ideas of where I go from here?
