Is anyone else seeing where their computers, our’s are Dell, have not been allowing the operating system to be reloaded using a Microsoft Volume License disc that we purchased for our district?
After you boot to the boot menu and chose boot to cd and then allow the set up to start from the disc. It fails right after it is finished loading up the required files and is just about to give you the installation menu to decide whether you want to install the operating system or go to the recovery console.
But it fails…. looks almost like a bad hard drive. But it’s not. Dell says he have to use their operating systme discs with their cd’s that came with the computers to start with.
Can anyone tell me if they’re seeing this as well and if so did you find a resolution to it?
