Recently my Dell B120 over heated and acually melted the cpu cover above the heat sink.(I thought cpu’s were thermal protected). I found lint packed so the fan couldn’t blow air across the sink. Now I plug it in and don’t get lights sound or anything. The P/S is putting out 19V Is it shot. Please Help Thanks
