Dell Diagnostics Error Codes

Hello, I have been experiencing a problem with I Direct3D9 Device and Memory read errors. When I ran Dell Diagnostics from the boot up menu the only error I got was error code: 5300:061F failure to load graphic pattern using video mode 100h (640X400X256) I have tried everything I could think of to try and fix it, updating drivers, video card, direct X controls… I’m out of options. I even backed up my files and performed a PC restore. Could this be a faulty video card? Something that the hardware diagnostics couldn’t pick up? Please Help! Thanks
