I have a Dell 4400 in which upon turning on, the Windows XP begins to load, then there is a quick blue screen with some writing (which I cannot read) – then the screen begins that process over again. Will not boot up, load, and no beeps. I have put a new motherboard in but it still does the same thing. Is there a way to see if the processor or the HD is bad? Or do any of you have an idea?
