I recently recieved a a Dell Dimension 4500 from a friend. Upon boot up I recieve an error Alert! front panel audio cable not detected. Then the pc boots up fine. I’m clueless as to what’s going on. I researched this issue and found a site that said change the settings on the motherboard. Would this be a wise move or could it be something simpler.
