I need some help with my Dell Dimension 4550 desktop. I had a problem with my system, and was told to download a program that would take care of the issue. However, I wasn’t told that the software would earase my entire computer. Now, I am trying to reinstall everything; I was hoping that reinstalling the software wouldn’t be this difficult, but when I put the “Drivers and Utilities” disk in the CD ROM, I come across a screen that says:
“Opening a DOS session
A RAMDISK drive is available for this boot cycle as C: It contains serveral Hard Drive setup tools. Please use these tools only under the direction of Dell Support Staff.
D:\CSD>_”
How am I able to access these setup tools for the Hard Drive? I would appreciate any assistance.
