I have a Dimension 3000 that will not start up. The lights seem to indicate that it is in sleep mode, however, I have turned it off, cleared the excess power (acording to Dell) swapped out the hard drive, reset the CMOS; removed the time/date battery; unplugged all externals and still it won’t boot up. Is there a reset for the logic board? At this point I believe the problem is there. Can anyone help?
