Working a Dell Inspiron 531s desktop pc. It's running Vista 32bit. Everything pointed to a bad motherboard. But when I got another board to replace it's doing the exact samething it gets power but no video. Pulled evrything from the board (ie hdd, dvd, usb audio modem) Changed out the memory with known good tried a video card even swapped out the cpu and power supply but no matter what I do to either motherboard all I get is CPU & Case Fans spin but no signal/video to monitor. Light on front of the case stays a steady orange. Used the jumper on the board to try and reset cmos took out the cmos battery even tried unplugging and holding power button still same results.
