I was given an Inspiron 600m that doesn’t power on with the AC adapter or battery. However when it will charge the battery without a problem. I have tested all the componets that I could in a Latitude 600, other than the MB and LED power board(different orientation on MB). Does anyone have any suggestion or ideas on what the problem could be the MB or LED power board?
