i have a dell inspiron e1505 and when i turn it on, it loads then goes to a black and white page and at the top it says dell.com this computer system is protected by a password authentication system. i can’t access he data on this computer without the correct password..i have have to type in the system or administrator password. but i do not have the password.i bought this from and friend with the charger and everything. When i first had it i went straight to the windows. i could go on the interent everything but my uncle went on is and accidently did something and now i have to put the password. Can anyone help me please?
