Hello i have a Dell laptop and after installing windows 10 my microphone stopped working correctly. Now hen i record it doesn’t record outside audio but when i tap the microphone hole or just type anything in the keyboard it records that tapping sound. is this something related to software issue or the mic has dislocated ? Help pls
