We have several iomega zip (usb) which
when connected with dell latitude laptops freeze when transfering data
All are running win 98 or win 98 se and have the latest usb drivers etc.
Dell support advise zapping the laptops
and reinstalling windows etc.
Anybody else had this problem and if so
what was the solution?
