I have an out or warranty Dell laptop. The battery was not charging for a long time so the only way I could use laptop was in docking station or power supply plugged directly into laptop. However last weekn when I connected laptop to docking station the green light on power supply dies. The same thing happens when I plug power supple directly into laptop. I tried it with the battery plugged out. could it be the power supple in the laptop is DEAD???? Can I replace this or could it be the Motherboard. Any help would be great.
