Hey there.
Perhaps someone can offer some advice. I have scoured the web, and as the original company who has sold me this machine (Dell Latitude D800) is useless, I need help. I have been able to find a solution to every problem, however, during playback of youtube videos it’s rather choppy and does what I can only describe as getting “caught”..the sound is fine, etc. I also notice that the video/screen seems to get stuck when I am looking at gmail. IE doesn’t work so I have resorted to using Mozilla…If I use IE it crashes, gets stuck, or vanishes after the window starts to load. I have reformatted this machine a few times, I have turned off the anti-virus when I am playing the video and still no such luck. I have installed everything to get rid of the “base system device” and I still have problems. I reformatted and let the ‘base system device’ stand and short of getting another machine I am at a loss. Perhaps I need a new video card???
Any suggestions are very welcome.
