Dell D820 I’m trying to format the hard drive and reinstall XP SP2. Right now I have XP SP2 when I start to install the XP SP2 it runs fine and the pc reboots then the error apears saying “A disk read error occurred” with the same CD I have installed my desktop I know the cd is fine.
What is the best way to format the hard drive.
