Dell Optiplex 240 IDE Hard Drive Question can I use 80gb drive

I have a Dell Optiplex 240 and it does not have a hard drive.. it came with a 20 gb IDE drive.. 20 and 40 gb are hard to find can I use an 80 gb drive in my 240?
are there any jumper considerations….
